I highly recommend Dante and the Riot Construction team for your next project. I contracted with Dante to build a backyard deck, connected to my house measuring 12 x 25. His communication was frequent and timely, informing me of the schedule and any questions his team had during the process. I was blown away with how quickly the project was completed (within days)! Plus, he's a great dude and I enjoyed shooting the breeze with him. He was extremely competitive on pricing, providing a fair price for exceptional quality. He even worked with me, exploring options to remain within budget. He also accommodated some last minute changes to add stairs to one end. I'm a huge advocate and frequently tell my friends to contact Dante when they talk about their projects. I'll definitely be using their service in the future.
Can't say enough good things about Riot. Dante had gone through all possible solutions/prices for installing new flooring/doors and he even double checked a lot of the measurements and set proper expectations. Was super quick to respond to my questions as well and his guys were quick but professional. I'm happy with the work they've done and would totally recommend!
Dante and his team were great! We had a board of our LVP flooring that got damaged and his team was able to switch it out easily. His team worked quickly and efficiently and Dante was great at communicating. Would definitely hire Riot Construction again for home needs!
In an industry that often leaves contractors and homeowners at odds, I cannot say enough great things about the level of integrity, timeliness, and craftsmanship Dante and his crew exemplified in our work together. We bought one of the original 1950's houses in the Zilker neighborhood, and it turned out to need a whole lot more work than we imagined. Dante took it down to the studs in the main living areas, updated all of the old electrical system, put in ceiling lights and new plugs, and replaced 100% of the old plumbing. Sheetrock and paint, cabinetry, new flooring and deck and an exterior coat of paint turned our little disaster into a beautiful little home ready for guests. We never paid a penny more than Dante quoted, everything was top-notch, and he finished every little punch list item before we shook hands in gratitude for his work. I'd highly recommend him, and I hope to watch this honest guy grow his company in the future!
